Welcome to the home of The Anvil raid! I would like to thank you for your interest in joining our community. We've worked hard over the last two years to build not just a fun team of excellent players, but also an environment where the character of our teammates is our most highly prized asset. It has always been our view that a team of good people will always be more stable and more enjoyable to be a part of than a team of great players who you put up with simply for the sake of their mechanical abilities. As such you will find that any prospective applicants to our raid will generally be judged first and foremost on their personality and willingness to support the team and their teammates. Our Core Values are the bedrock philosophical foundation on which our raid is built, and are required reading for any prospective members. If you find that you cannot adhere to, or do not wish to be held accountable for the ideas espoused therein we thank you for your interest and wish you the best of luck finding a raiding home that better fits you. If however you read this post, and those values and find yourself nodding your head and thinking, "Finally, someone gets it," then we look forward to hearing more from you very soon! In order to express your interest in joining our excellent team of players I would ask you to do three things. The first, as previously mentioned, is to go read our values. The second is to register on our forums. Registration only takes a minute and once your account is activated you can come back here do the third thing, which is to place a PM via the forums (you'll see a link to your Control Panel on the top right hand side of the page underneath where it says "Thundering Hammer Clan") to a nice chap named fyriat. He is one of my officers and has promised not to feed any of your submissions to his bird, but rather to bring them directly to our leadership team for evaluation. In your message to Fy we would obviously like to know a few things about you. I'm not going to tell you specifically what we want to know - that's part of the test! What do you think we should know? Please don't be afraid to be verbose. The more you tell us in that PM the better equipped we will be to tell you whether or not our raiding environment is right for you - and you for us! So just fire that PM off and a member of our officer corps will be in contact with you within a few days.
